What on line payments do you accept?
Shop securely online with PayPal using your debit card, credit card or bank account. Shop safely without sharing your financial details. Pay in just a few clicks.


Can I pay by cheque?
I prefer PayPal but if you would like to pay by cheque then please contact me using the contact form to arrange to send payment. Your delivery will be despatched once your cheque has cleared.

 
I am outside the UK, can I still order from you? 
Yes. Delivery outside the UK can be arranged. There will be an additional cost for shipping outside the UK. Please use the 'Contact' form to tell me your requirements

Is there any additional charge for P&P within the UK?
No. The prices of the products in the on line shops include postage & packaging unless specifically excluded. 

Commissions are are sent Recorded Delivery with insurance. The cost of this is to be paid by the customer and this will be agreed when the order is placed.


Can I have a picture in a different format than shown?
Please use the contact form and I will see if this is possible for you. For example, you may see a picture that you like and would like this picture as a paperweight or as a mouse mat - or both!


How can I find out about new designs?
If you would like to know about new designs and products as they become available, please join our mailing list. There is an option to do this on the Home page


How will my delivery be sent?
All deliveries are sent by Recorded Delivery.


When do you despatch deliveries?
Deliveries are despatched Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays.


Can you frame my Limited Edition Print for me?
Framing is available by request please contact me for further details.


Can I hang my picture on a sunny wall?
Artwork should not be placed in direct sunlight as they will fade.
